About Frank
I am a Chartered Psychologist with the Psychological Society of Ireland (PSI), with over three years of specialized experience delivering psychological services across both clinical and corporate settings. My practice is dedicated to helping individuals navigate complex life transitions, manage psychological challenges, and optimize their mental well-being.
Having lived and worked internationally, I bring a fresh, global perspective to my practice, blending rigorous formal training with diverse life experiences. I work exclusively with adults and adolescents (aged 16 and up), creating a warm, collaborative, and entirely non-judgmental environment where you can safely explore what is on your mind.
Believing that no two paths are the same, I tailor my psychological support to your unique goals. My practice integrates evidence-based frameworks, including Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Mindfulness-Based Techniques, and Solution-Focused Strategies.
Whether you are seeking individual therapeutic healing, group psychoeducation, or high-level performance optimization, let’s work together to build a structured pathway forward.

How it Works
Your Initial Consultation
Starting the journey to find a therapist and booking your first appointment can often feel daunting. However, taking that initial step opens the door to meaningful change and personal growth.
I invite you to schedule a free 15-minute discovery call with me. This initial conversation provides a safe, confidential space to discuss the challenges you are facing, explore how psychological support can benefit you, and determine if we are a good fit for our working relationship.
Starting the Therapeutic Process
If you decide to proceed with therapy, we will discuss your goals and establish a contract covering practical details. This includes confidentiality boundaries, fees, and cancellation policies.
Sessions will last 50 minutes, typically once a week at a mutually convenient time. We will regularly review your progress together to ensure you are gaining maximum benefit from our sessions, adjusting our clinical approach as your needs evolve.
Duration of Therapy
The length of the therapeutic process is entirely tailored to your unique needs and goals. Some clients find that short-term, solution-focused therapy (typically 6 to 12 sessions) is sufficient to navigate a specific life transition or challenge. Others choose longer-term, deeper therapeutic work to explore more complex, long-standing patterns.
There is no fixed commitment; we will collaborate throughout your journey to determine the pace and duration that best supports your ongoing growth and healing.

Ethics & Professional Standards
I am a Chartered Psychologist with the Psychological Society of Ireland (PSI) and an associate member of the Division of Psychotherapy. I adhere to the PSI Code of Ethics.
To practice ethically and effectively, I believe therapists need a deep understanding of themselves. I'm committed to maintaining the quality of my work through regular supervision and consultation, and I continue my own personal psychotherapy to support my growth and gain greater insight into the client experience.
